Attention Parent Volunteers!

Starting Monday December 5, all parent volunteers will need to sign in and record their time present in the classroom. There will be a parent volunteer folder next to the classroom door. I will show you where it is located when you arrive. You will need to sign your name, the date, and the time you spent volunteering on that day. This is to keep track for necessary PTA data. Also, we will have a Flag Ceremony on Wednesday November 30. The Flag Ceremony is at 10:00, so I will need to switch my centers to 9:15 as not to interfere with the assembly. If you are a parent volunteer on that day, you will need to come in at 9:15 instead of the regular 10:00 time. I will be calling each of you to confirm this date and time.
